Does CompanionLink 7 work with Windows 7?

    Does CompanionLink 7 work with Windows 7?

    I couldn't find any obvious place on the support site that said if CompanionLink 7 works with Windows 7, or if I should upgrade, or if CompanionLink 6 was still an active product after the release of CompanionLink 7.

    Is that info out there, anyone?

          Works perfectly with Win7.
          Nobody releases a product that does not work on Win7 these days since Win7 still is the most wide spread Win OS.

                      Actually, in the latest build (7008) they claim to have added support for XP.

                      Samsung Galaxy Tab S, 3 GB Ram, 16GB Internal, 128GB External, BT Keyboard, LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2)
                      DejaCloud Sync (PC and phone), USB Sync (Tablet).

                          Yes, we restored XP.

                          We lost XP in the UI changes. The pretty colored "material design" style menus could not be rendered in XP. So we ended up making them uglier, but it works ok.

                          So CompanionLink 7 now works with Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. We have a separate version for Mac OS X.
