    Need to undo last sync: lost contacts

    How do I undo my last sync between Dejaoffice/CompanionLink and Microsoft Outlook? For some reason, my daughter's information in my Dejaoffice and Outlook is gone.

    I would contact support via email or phone (keep in mind, for the latter, they are PST timezone). You'll get much faster help than in the forum here.

    Get help with CompanionLink and DejaOffice. Setup guides, downloads, hours, contact options, and premium services — all in one place.


    I'd also ask them to change your user name for this forum. Using your email is going to invite a lot of spam to your inbox (spammers spider email addresses off websites).
