Error When Outlook Closed

When Outlook is closed and I make a change on my phone, I get this CompanionLink error displayed in recordchanges.log:

2 2019-11-12 13:37:36: Abort : Failed to open HH data
2 2019-11-12 13:37:37: Abort : ClxCheckAbort() returning TRUE, since SyncOk() is FALSE

Is there anyway to stop this? I have tried turning on and off the Outlook Addin option, but get the same error either way.
