CompanionLink 9021 Betas Problem

    CompanionLink 9021 Betas Problem

    After installing the 9021 betas, they works for awhile, but then the icon in the notification are spins like it's syncing, but there is no response and no entries in recordchanges.log. I have to kill using Windows Task Manager. So I then uninstall it and go back to 9020 which works fine. Anyone else experience this or is it just me?
    PC: Windows 11, 64 bit
    CompanionLink for Outlook
    Data Manager App: Outlook 365
    Mobile Device: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Thailand;
    Sync Method with CompanionLink: DejaCloud

    There are no issues from what I have seen with 9021, but I will investigate further, thank you for the report.

      Update: I uninstalled 9020, deleted all the CompanionLink folders and registry entries. I then installed the latest beta, 9021.27, and after a day I have had no problems. So, it seems to be fixed.
      PC: Windows 11, 64 bit
