Builds 9024 and 9026 replicating entries made in Palm

I use Palm 6.2 for my desktop. With these two builds, any new entry I make on the Palm calendar is replicated twice in Palm when I sync to the cloud. Only the original entry syncs to the phone app. Build 9022 does not have this issue.
