Have been using Deja Office / Companion Link successfully for weeks. Today, it just stopped. I don't mean I got an error message, or a need to update to a new version message or anything like that. I mean that when I touch sync on the device NOTHING HAPPENS. NOTHING. Have been elevated at Deja tech support twice. (That means I've already talked to four different tech support people at the company). Now they are promising to call me back. Beyond lawyers, anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
It just stopped syncing. Period

Resolution: Yes, the DejaOffice team (finally) had the correct solution. My SD Card was, indeed, somehow the problem. I had to buy a new one (so I am more than a little ticked off that this cost me money) and then sync. It worked! Only remaining problem (besides the money) was the need to transfer some stuff from the old SD Card. So, Deja support eventually got it right, Tmobile and San Disk were still lost at sea.
