The "Phone" account on your device is a proprietary account that Samsung (not Google) added which makes it difficult for DejaOffice to detect. Contact tech support and they can forward your case to the dev team to figure out why it's not working on your device.

already tried that, they send you an email of generic trouble shooting faqs:
The most relevant portion (which is still useless) is pasted below:
------------------------------------------
Symptoms:
ERSP for "Which account to sync DJO to" or "What is the difference between accounts on Android"
Fix:
When setting up DejaOffice to sync with the native phone contacts or calendar, you will need to choose which account on the phone to sync with. Most devices have a Google (or Gmail) account associated with them, and many will also have a "Phone" account. There may be other accounts as well.
Different accounts can sync natively with different applications. For example, the Google/Gmail accounts can sync contacts and calendar with that same Gmail account, in your web browser. If you have a Facebook account added to your device, your Facebook contacts may sync to the device. The "Phone" account does not automatically sync to anything else.
Each account will have its own set of data. If you add contacts to the Gmail account, they won't sync to the Facebook account, but you will still see them all on the device.
It is your choice which account to sync to on the device. This is the account that DejaOffice will read data from, and write data to. However, if you choose the Gmail account, we advise disabling the device's native sync to Gmail contacts and calendar. Sometimes the native sync kicks on right when DejaOffice is synchronizing, and the two systems conflict or Google Sync removes records unexpectedly. To do this:
a. On Android Desktop, hit Menu
b. Open Settings. Select "Accounts", "Accounts & Sync", or "Data Synchronization"
c. Select the Google account (if available) d. Uncheck Auto-Sync.

So. DejaOffice just can't find the Samsung Galaxy S 2.2 "Phone" acount.
I'm very disappointed, I liked the idea and the concept of this SW. I wanted to buy it, but it actually doesn't do as expected to my phone. Will they fix it soon? I really can't find any other SW to do it right.. Kies is sh.... does any one know a solution to just sync Outlook Calendar & Contacts Via USB with no Google connection?
And if my phone already has it's contacts, which I want to keep, and Calendar which I want to replace, with Outlook and then continue sync on regular bases, what should I do?
