I am still having issues with completed tasks/events when I synch. After completing an appointment, I marked the event as completed on my Epic in DJO (by adding a "/" before the event and saving it.)
When I synched this back to Act, I see "Meeting Held" in the contact's history. However, on the calendar in Act, I still see the appointment showing as not completed.
I have Companionlink set to synch both ways. Please advise.
