Syncing No Name Contacts to Google People

I have a fair amount of company contacts that I sync from Outlook to DejaOffice. When I sync to Android People, I get NoName contacts and cannot look-up the contact. Is there a way that an option to sync the Company name as the Name in Android be set?

We plan to fix this in our next update to DejaOffice, so that the contacts aren't coming over as NoName.
