In Deja Office, how do I delete all of the data I've synced from Outlook?

Uninstall DejaOffice and then delete the CLUSB folder form the SDCard.
Re-install DejaOffice and run through the setup wizard again.
You will have a fresh clean version of DejaOffice with no data form the previous syncs.
