    Duplicate Calendar Entries

    -------------------
    CL Express 4048
    DJO 1.11.9.
    LG Ally (Android) Phone
Syncing to Outlook 2010 with BCM
    -------------------

I have fairly regularly experienced duplicate calendar entries in Outllook and DJO after a sync. I have usually seen it when I have modified an entry. I also see it when an entry is deleted on one device.

I have CL set to "Sync both ways" for contacts and calendar.

I also have CL set for "Outlook is primary. Records deleted in Android will be ignored."

Like most things of this nature, it is difficult for me to identify variables and consistency with much certainty. [That's what keeps Thomas in a job ].

I'm willing to run a few targeted test scenarios if spelled out clearly.

    What should I do?

    Hello Nebulous?
How many devices do you sync with, and are you using CompanionLink Pro, or Express?

      Hi Thomas.

For some reason I didn't get an email notice that you replied, so I came on here to bump it. :-)

I gave details of CompanionLink, DJO, my phone, and Outlook at the top of my original message. It is CompanionLink Express 4048.

I am only syncing to my phone, no other devices, and only via WiFi.

If your Outlook data is duplicate free, please try doing a purge and and reload of the Calendar:
        1. On your PC desktop open CompanionLink Setup.
        2. Click on Outlook Settings.
        3. Click the Purge and Reload Calendar check box and click OK.
        4. Sync your phone.

        Does that help?
