    Contacts to Andriod

    Hi... Im a little confused how to sync the Dejaoffice contacts to the native andriod database.

    Im using compainonlink 4.04048, Dejaoffice 1.11.19, Milestone 2

    I sync everything ok from the pc to the phone.... but when it comes to the contacts it gets a bit strange.

    Im unable to locate the contacts on the native andriod database... altho If I look at the unhide they are there.. but doubled up.

    I did update an contact in the Dejacontacts then that contact appeared in the "all contacts" of the native database but not the rest of the contacts.

    the only contacts groups I have is "Google, Contacts (address book), All contacts and a few that I have created"

    so I have no idea how to sync them other than using the "Read Andriod data" even doing that the Dejacontacts get deleted.

    so im at a bit of a loss

      - Which account did you choose to sync the contacts with in DJO settings?
      - Make sure to have 'sync to Google' deactivated.
      - Did you configure according the guides on the CL support web-page?
      Google Pixel, Android 10 German, DJO 4.4.32 (1221)
      Office: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2020, up to date) German, CL Express 7062 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, daily
      Home: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2020, up to date) German, CL Express 7062 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, occasionally
      Syncing to native Android contacts (DJO account), not syncing to native Android calendar

          I went through the wizard on my phone... like I have done in the past... i get the feeling
          that 1.11.9 has some issues? it all seemed to work before

              I've worked out my problem... it was to do with the sync on the Andriod..... I've been expecting a box to come up saying "Sync andriod contacts x%" etc... that hasnt been coming up since I changed over to .11.9 ...its only been coming up with "Sync complete time/date" so i've been using the read andriod data... which has caused some problems.

              I'd suggest that the devoplers come up with a better option after the sync has completed.... coz I noticed that it updated the andriod database a few mins after the sync has happened but that message is a small box at the bottom for me. maybe better bigger message that the andriod database is being updated.. or even a button to sync the database. or even bring back the 0% complete ?
