New contact created from call doesn't tranfer from Android List

I'm a newbie, so terminology may be off.
if we dial from A.contacts-once completed, New contact created from call doesn't transfer from Android List into the deja fields (they are all blank).

Is there a way to get them(the Android contact listing) to transfer into deja once the call is completed and we answer yes to create new contact.

Hello Pat. Welcome to DejaOffice and the forums.
I will outline what I suspect is happening here. And provide some feedback.

You get an inbound call.
You save it as a Contact in the Android Contacts application.
You Sync DejaOffice with the Android Contacts application.
DejaOffice displays the contact record but is missing critical data.

Please confirm or correct me line by line.
