    syncing/mounting problem

    Hi.

    I'm using companionlink 5.0, build 5002, and dejaoffice 2.1.5 (249). I have a Droid Global 2.

I've started having problems after syncing via USB (not the new USB method, the old one). After I sync, all of my data is unavailable until I turn the phone off and back on. From playing around with other programs, it appears as if the sync is not umounting/mounting the SD card correctly, and as a result, deja can't access the SD card. I also sometimes get a notice that there is no SD card in the phone when I try to sync, which also suggests a mounting/unmounting issue.

This just started happening, so I'm assuming it has to do with the new version.

    Suggestions?

Please update to 2.1.6 (250). This should fix your problem.
Also, I would suggest to update CL to an newer version if using the later DJO builds.
Google Pixel, Android 10 German, DJO 4.4.32 (1221)
Office: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2020, up to date) German, CL Express 7062 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, daily
Home: Win10 x64, Outlook 365 (v2020, up to date) German, CL Express 7062 --- Local WiFi sync --- manual syncing, occasionally
Syncing to native Android contacts (DJO account), not syncing to native Android calendar
