    DejaConnect USB - lost connection

    Hello,

I have an Android HTC Sensation with ICS, CL 5036, the special Connect USB driver installed on the PC and DJO 2.2.9 on my device.

When I want to sync I start CL on the PC, DJO on my HTC and connect the USB cable. Then I choose mass-storage on my device. Then the sync start in CL. The CL windows show me "Read ACT-Contacts 51.
After some minutes DJO close on my HTC and I always get the message "Connection to DJO was lost" on my PC.
When I click "OK" CL read the next 50 contacts. Then the error message comes again and so on.

I just try to get the perfect sync option for a couple of days - but I get no result.
    What is wrong?

    Thanks & regards

You don't use mass-storage mode with DejaConnect USB Sync. You have to have USB debug selected before you attach the cable. You also need to make sure you have the right drivers. It takes a bit of setting up, but works pretty nicely when you do. See this guide:

DejaOffice PC CRM Standalone, Windows 10 Home Version ver. 1909, DejaOffice 4.4.31 (Android),
F(X) Tec Pro1, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB Internal, 256 GB External, Horizontal Slider Keyboard!!, Android 9
Samsung Galaxy Tab S, 3 GB Ram, 16GB Internal, 128GB External, BT Keyboard, LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2)
DejaCloud Sync (PC and phone), USB Sync (Tablet).

      Hook,

Numerous Android devices require USB Debugging and the connection type to "Media" or "MTP".
However for most HTC Devices "Charge Only" would be the correct connection type. "USB Debugging" is always required for DejaCOnnect USB Sync.
