Sync changes name order in Outlook Contacts

I file all my Outlook contacts by "Last Name, First Name." After I sync my Outlook contacts with Deja Office, many of my Outlook contacts are filed "First Name, Last Name" while others remain "Last Name, First Name." Also, I have two address books in Outlook: business and personal. After a sync, some names migrate from one to the other. Can anyone help? Thanks.
