Error mesage "Unfortunately, DejaOffice has stopped working"

I've been successfully using DejaOffice and CompanionLink to synchronise between my Galaxy S2 (using Android 4.0.4) and Outlook 2007 on my Vista laptop by both USB and Bluetooth methods. This continued with version 2.3.1 of DejaOffice until recently when the phone froze and after sometime displayed the error message "Unfortunately, DejaOffice has stopped working". I have uninstlled DejaOffice and reinstalled but no improvement.

I'm in the position of having no synchronised contacts, calander, memos or tasks on my phone which for business is causing problems. I would appreciate any help please.

We just released the DejaOffice 2.3.2 beta app that can be downloaded form the DejaOffice website from your Android phone browser.
Please try that and report back right away if the behavior persists.

Downloaded DejaOffice 2.3.2 beta but same result. Black screen, frozen phone for about 30 seconds then same error message.

Just to clarify, the problem occurs when I try to access DejaOffice not during synchronisation. (Can't get that far)

Let's try this:

1. Downgrade to version 2.2.11, here:

http://www.dejaoffice.com/androidapp/oldbuilds/DejaOffice2_2_11_347.apk

This should allow you to open the application without a crash.

2. Send us a log from the device. We're pretty sure this is data related, and so we'd like to take a closer look. To send the log, open DejaOffice Settings > Logging & Support > Tap to enable logging > Tap to email the log and send it support@dejaoffice.com. Include your name/reference to this thread. I'll pick it up there.
