    Age

    The age in the individual contacts fields (behind the birthday date) is partly not calculated correctly (see attachment). The programm makes you older! A bug?

    This topic was already discussed some time ago. The age shown is not the "Current/Actual Age", but the "Age Nearest". Please take a look at the following thread:

      Wow, that's the year I was born! On June 24th whoever this is will be 54 years old, so 54 Years is the expected value.

      Originally we did to years, but people noted that in the week before their 10th anniversary, their wife objected to being married "9 Years". So we've changed it to be "nearest" year. It gets a bit confusing for events a half a year away. But for events last month (53 years) and next month (10th Anniversary) then it seems to be the best value.

        Yes, I know... but maybe this can be made as an option that user can chose?
        now Samsung Galaxy S7, Android v7.0, DejaOffice (last)
        was Samsung Galaxy S2, Android v4.1.2, DejaOffice v3.2.15 (780)
