I sync my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3, Android version 4.3, to the Palm Desktop 6.2 on one computer (Windows 8) both ways and to a second computer (Windows 8.1) android to computer, using DejaUSB ADB mode syncing
Since updating to CompanionLink Express 6.0, build 6008, and DejaOffice 2.5.8 and since Verizon upgraded the Android to 4.3, syncing has been slow and erratic.
Among the behavior, not consitent but repeated:
--Sync's take a long time (15+ minutes)
--In a long sync, I was asked whether hundreds of calendar, task and memo events that were deleted on the Android could be deleted on the desktop. After saying yes, almost all calendar and memo entries were missing on the desktop computer. Nothing is deleted on the Android, even in the two way sync. When I sync again, they are all restored. This happened when syncing to both desktop computers.
--Sync's are not completed, but there is no message of disconnect or inability to find an android, etc,, the usual messages when a sync is aborted.
The long, erratic and unreliable syncing is frustrating but has also led me to reduce the frequency with which I sync, which increases the risk of losing data.
