    Request for help

    When I attempted to clean my Samsung Tablet my memos in DeJa office was accidently erased. I had not synced them. If possible, how can I retrieve these memos?

    lightscribe, welcome to the forums. Probably the best way to get quick help is to give CompanionLink technical support a call (503)243-5200 hours 7am-4pm weekdays. They can help you see if there's a backup and recover it.

    You can try looking for a backup. Here is the raw database location.



    Depending on your sync system, CompanionLink may also make automatic backups. Tech support can help you restore from them. Also, DejaCloud items are always backed up.
