    Renewed Cloud & discovered CRM

    Hi, as i tend to just watch this forum i completely missed the Cloud CRM login!! At last if there are issues i can see whether the cloud has updated - Thanks!

    I have just renewed my 3mth 3 device with a 2 year 3 device sub. As there wasn't a renewal option just a purchase one, i assume you will just add it to the expiry date of my existing subs?

    Interestingly it showed i have used 5 devices which is strange. I was expecting 4 as i have replaced my phone, not sure where the fifth has come from? Anyway you did say before that the system will adjust & as i am only using 3 now, i assume this will sort itself out.

    Paul, it will sort itself out. It will probably not show for a while. Since our focus is fixing broken things, the legacy devices are not "broken" and not in focus right now.
