Android suddenly stopped displaying DJO contacts

Nothing changed (that I know about). I powered off and on my phone for a plane ride and then poof...all contacts were un-synced with native android. I have AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 and DejaOffice...I confirmed the DJO version is the most recent version and have checked, re-checked and re-checked again the settings on Companionlink's site for setting up the sync between the two. Let me be clear, yes, it is nice for native contacts to sync to DJO, but what I need are the DJO contacts showing in the native apps so when sending texts or making phone calls, these people show up in my contacts (yes, DJO is set to show in settings and accounts in contacts)

In DJO, the account set to sync with is DJO, the sync to android contacts is checked, Google syncing is turned off (just to be safe)... HELP!! PLEASE! Thanks in advance for any tips!!!!!! :-)

    ct777 Welcome to the forum.

I'm thinking you may have received an Android OS update from your carrier, and that rebooting put it in place. Alternately, if you are on Verizon, that something with Verizon backup when wrong.

In any case, I'm having a tech call you today (Saturday) to get this resolved. I hope you don't mind but I traced back your email address and found your support record and phone number.

I'm sorry... I couldn't get to the phone, but if you'll try calling again, I would really appreciate the help! And I really appreciate the extra effort to track down my phone number.

        THANK YOU - problem solved!

You guys are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!

In case anyone else has issues, I sync through DejaCloud, and I misunderstood some of the re-read instructions I had seen when searching this afternoon... you need to tell the device in DejaOffice settings, sync settings, under DejaCloud options to re-read the Cloud. Once I did that, unchecked and re-checked sync to android button in sync settings, and manually did a sync for DJO, voila! YAY!!!!!!!!
