Beta 602: Month Name and Year Not Shown in Drop Downs atop Monthly Calendar Display

When switching to the Monthly view, the month name and year are not displayed above the calendar. When clicking into either field, the choices are displayed and selectable. After selecting another month and/or year, the month name and year are still not displayed.

    Thanks for the great product.

It may be something with your screen resolution, brightness or screen quality. They show fine on my Nexus, but they are white lettering on gray background, which might not be so good for low contrast. Probably be a good idea for them to change that. They are there, however.

Same issue on the Moto X. I can see it but the background and the letter colors do not provide much contrast and it is a bit difficult to read.

Seems be device specific as as drop-downs are okay on both my devices with black text on white. However if try to edit a recurring event there are some issues with the initial screen with the first options screen being difficult to read on both phone and tablet.

I suppose these minor issues are to be expected with a beta release.

I have made a note to make Month View buttons darker (matching the style) for Black Background. This should be in the next update.
