    DejOffice won't open on two phones

    Latest versions of DejaOffice on both phones.

    Had been synching to AT&T phone via WiFi. Got a work Verizon phone so decided to try Deja Cloud. Outlook uploaded to cloud. Now neither phone will start Deja Office. The new Verizon one mentions an SD card. Now I can't sync to either phone.

    We need a lot more information here since syncing Outlook to Deja Cloud would have no effect on either phone.

    What version of DJO (latest version is ambiguous-- latest in play store or beta), what version of Companion Link. What are the makes and models of the two phones and what version of Android. How long had DJO been working on the AT&T phone? Did it ever work on the work phone (work phones are often locked down and you can't install apps)?

    If you have a version of CL that only allows one profile and you switched to cloud sync, you will only be able to sync DJO to the cloud.

    Please provide as much information about your setup and how you are trying to sync as possible.

      Please call tech support on this (503)243-5200 hours 7am-4pm Pacific Time M-F. They will help you out.

      It sounds like some data in your database is causing a problem with opening the app. They can help you find this out.
