Not syncing copied deja calendar event to google calendar

In dejaoffice calendar I create a calendar event. That event then shows up in my Google calendar. All is well. Next in deja calendar I highlight that event and copy the event. I then go to a new deja calendar day and paste the copied event. There are now two events in deja calendar the original and the copy each on separate days.
When I check Google calendar for the copied event it does not show. In fact it never shows.
I can repeat this over and over where a copied event in deja calendar never seems to show up in Google calendar.
I believe this might be a deja calendar problem.

Are you syncing with Google on the PC using CompanionLink? Typically we either sync to Google or to the DejaOffice app using Wifi, USB or DejaCloud. If you are only syncing to DejaOffice from the PC (or only using the mobile), then it sounds like you might be using the "Native Calendar Sync" option, to sync the DejaOffice calendar to the "Native Android Calendar" which can be linked to Google. Are you doing two syncs from the PC or in DejaOffice Settings > Sync Settings > Is "Sync with Android Calendar App" checked? And For Calendar Account right below that option does it list a gmail email right below the "Calendar Account" text? If not, what is the text below Calendar Account?

No PC involved.
I'm using deja office on my Android phone.

when I create a new event in the deja office calendar the sync occurs to my Google calendar.
When I copy and paste that event into a new day on my deja office calendar the sync does not occur to my Google calendar..

I'm pretty sure my deja office settings in my Android phone are correct because when I create a new calendar entry within dejaoffice it does transfer over to my Google calendar primary email account
