    Remember the 90s? DJO Doesn't!

I just was looking up a meeting from 2007 in DJ Calendar, and I noticed another meeting scheduled for the same day, from a job I'd left in 2000. Hm. The next day (in 2007) was a vet appointment for a dog that had been dead for years... It lookslike all my 90s calendar events got moved up exactly ten years... I have some archives to sort through to try to figure out exactly WHAT the damage is, and WHEN it corrupted.

    Weird, right?

    Kim: What's wrong with it?
Dan: It's in several pieces on my floor.

    Rj,

Are you syncing with anything on the PC? IE Outlook, Palm, DejaOffice PC CRM? If so, are the records correct there?

One thing to try in DejaOffice on the Mobile, tap Settings, tap Calendar Settings and try the Rebuild Calendar Display at the bottom and check the events once more. Any change?

Yeah, I sync with PD 4.2. I have archives to go back through. I figured this was a ploy to get me to finally by your desktop - so I can open it all up in Excel and do a massive edit!

      (Rebuild Display didn't change anything).

I know, I know, why do I need to look up something 15 years old....

And on the Palm Side in your archives or the current DB, are the events incorrect? It is unlikely we have touched these older events after the initial sync if they have not been updated recently. If you have some example names, we do keep a "recordchangelog" file which is a "lite" text file stored locally that is added to when a record is updated. You might search this for some of the Subjects of the records that are incorrect. While this wouldn't tell us Why the records were changed, it would give us a Date and which side changed them. Might help narrow things down.

To access the "recordchanges.log" open CompanionLink on the PC and press Ctrl + Shift + D on the keyboard. This will open a File Explorer window. Open the "recordchange.log" file (which should just open as a text document), press Ctrl + F in the text editor to open the Find and search for a few subjects. Do they all appear moved on a single Date\Time? Does it show Android or Palm as where the change originated.

I sync pretty frequently, so.... Will try to investigate. I may just finally say "nothing before 2021 happened" and delete the whole calendar file.
