I use a USB cable to sync DejaOffice on my phone with PC CRM on my Windows 10 computer. I am now frequently having a problem where the sync never finishes (perhaps never starts). I begin by connecting my phone to the computer with the cable. I know that it is connected since I see it in File Explorer. I then open PC CRM and hit the DejaOffice sync button on the phone. When I click on Synchronization in the lower left of the PC CRM window to see the status, it shows a full green line with Synchronization above it. However I don't see any calendar entries being downloaded. On the phone, the message is "Press OK when the PC sync is complete." Nothing more happens unless I double click on the Synchronization area on PC CRM and answer Yes to the question about whether I want to cancel synchronization. I know that nothing has been downloaded by looking at the calendar on PC CRM.
