Some time ago I complained on this forum that alarms do not synchronize from DejaCloud. Somebody from the company (Mr Bruns) insisted that the alarms do synchronize.
Now I found the reason. The alarms are NOT in my DejaCloud. I have them in my mobile app but not in DejaCloud. If I open any calendar item in DejaCloud, the item is there but it has NO ALARM set. How can that happen and how can this be fixed?
Alarms are the most important point of my data. If the tools is unable to keep them safe then it is very dangerous and useless. For years I live in peace thinking that my data is safe by syncing them into DejaCloud and I can see this was a mistake.
