    Still having sync problems

    The problem I reported on 11/04/2021 is still there, but now I can't sync whether I connect the phone to the USB cable before or after I open PC CRM. I am now using CRM build 1504 and DejaOffice build 1452.

    Mel,

    Can you check in DejaOffice PC CRM, in Settings and Sync Settings. At the top what is the build of CompanionLink it is listing here?
