Context/triple-dot menu in calendar/task/memo background not dark on dark theme

I noticed that in dark-theme the menu you get when you tap the three vertical dots right top in Calendar/Memo or Task, the background of that menu is always white. Like that menu doesn't follow theme colors. Not a very big issue, just wondering if that's intentional ? If not, feel free to fix it

(DJO Android 4.4.56 b1508, Galaxy 10E, Android 12)
