Deleted Notes in Outlook not syncing to Android :-(

Hi,
I am using companionlink and deja to sync my outlook 2010 under win 7 to an android system via usb. nearly everything is working well. but if i delete a note/memo in my outlook it is after syncing still on the android :-(.
i think i have the right settings (both way sync, records deleted in outlook or android will be syncronze.

has anyone a solution?
