Email addresses not transferring from Outlook to Deja Contacts via Companion Link

I've never posted to a forum and I am NOT a technical person so I may not be describing this correctly. I've used Companion Link to transfer Outlook contacts to Deja Cloud which then transfers the data to Deja Contacts on my S23 phone. A few days ago, the email addresses stopped transferring. Tech support spent quite a bit of time looking at my computer but no luck. I have the latest version of Deja Office and Companion Link.

Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, was it resolved? At this point, I cannot send emails from my phone since the addresses aren't transferring.
