For DejaOffice Android, I use the far-right view with a bunch of white and blue lines. Not sure what the official name is, but will call it "event view." I often get confused when I have a (rare) day with no events. I expect the header for the day with no events to show up. But if I have a day with no events and no header, then – being in a hurry – I look and see that on the "next" day I have x, y and z appointments. WRONG WRONG WRONG. I forget to check the actual date/day. Turns out I have an entire day off and rather than looking at the day and date in the headers, I mentally thought "the next day I have on my calendar I have x, y and z." But it's really the day AFTER the next day that has x, y and z scheduled. I have been using DejaOffice for years and years and I still make this mistake. (I should note that an a UX dweeb: see ed-informatics.org). I would really, really like a setting to show day/date headers for days with no events.
