3.1.3: contact photos don't synch

I did a factory reset of my phone and re-installed DJO fresh.

However, none of my contact photos in Outlook came across to DJO when I synched.
I set "purge contacts on Android before synch" synched again, and they still didn't come across.

I made small text changes to the notes of a few contacts, and synched, and the photos STILL didn't come across.

Any ideas?

CLO Settings / Advanced / Field Mapping / Note and Picture / Include picture field : is set

I checked the box to synch contact subfolders

I wrote an Outlook macro to detach and re-attach the contact photos

Still -- no contact photos are showing up over on the Android side.

RESOLUTION:

My laptop runs a corporate build of Win7, and apparently some security aspects have been locked down.

Running Outlook, and CompanionLink, with Administrator authority, has resolved the problem.
