This just happened yesterday, and I cannot figure out how to solve it. I use Windows 10, Palm Desktop in the computer, DJO on the phone.
Starting some time yesterday, Palm Desktop simply will not run, so I cannot sync the phone to the computer. I've tried starting it from the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Palm - Palm.exe - and nothing happens. It's been so long since I've had any problems with it that I don't know what else to try. I do have copies of my "files" folder from yesterday morning and each of the previous 6 days. They look the same, except that yesterday does not have the alarmlog.txt file. I also have a complete copy of my DJO program and data files from May 2 (I do a big backup weekly with program as well as data files). Any suggestions are welcome!
