Custom Ringtone Seems Sporadic

I have a bunch of custom ringtones I've added (custom being, specific to a single contact).

I was about to post that some work all the time, some only some of the time, and some never... But I discovered the ones that work ALL the time are assigned in my Android Contacts, NOT my DJO contacts!

According to DJO the ones that don't work ARE properly assigned... Is there a specific file size or bit rate I need to worry about?

There are no limitations that Im aware of. To set custom ringtones you would need to do so in the Edit Panel of the DejaOffice Contact.
