    DejaCloud Sync Problem

    When I change a Task in Outlook, CompanionLink syncs the change to DejaCloud immediately, but it never syncs to my phone. I have to do a manual sync. When I change a Task on my phone, it syncs the change to DejaCloud immediately, but it takes from 5 to 10 minutes to sync to Outlook.

    Is there a problem with DejaCloud or is it just me? I'm not sure when this started happening, yesterday or today.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Update: I deleted all the tasks in DejaCloud using function on the web page at crm.dejaoffice.com and now the sync works properly. Previously, I tried to deleting all the records on DejaCloud using CompanionLink, but that didn't make any difference.

    Ok. Glad to know it is working. I was testing this over the weekend and getting mixed results. Still working on why.
