How to Replace Outlook Contacts with DejaCloud Contacts?

For some strange reason, my Outlook contacts got all mixed up and many were duplicated. My contacts in DejaCloud are still good. Therefore, I deleted all of contacts in Outlook and set CompanionLink to sync one way from DejaCloud to Outlook. However, none of the contacts from DejaCloud appear in Outlook. Outlook is still devoid of all contacts. How do I get the good contacts from DejaCloud into Outlook?
    Mobile Device: OnePlus 5

    CompanionLink Build: 8024
    Syncing with: Outlook 2010
    Sync Method: DejaCloud Sync
    Android Contacts Sync Account: DejaOffice
    Computer OS: Windows 7 (64-Bit)

sjamie, you should be able to just select Reread from the cloud.

    Run CompanionLink on the PC
In the top file menu, select Options
Check the box for Re-read DejaCloud on next sync.

This will force all records from DejaCloud to be read in full; all records, all fields, and the data updated in Outlook.

Thank you! Previously, I had checked both re-read from DejaCloud and re-read from Outlook but that did not cause the contacts to be copied to Outlook. Only checking Re-read from DejaCloud did the trick! Thanks again!
