Xiaomi Pocophone - Only task's alarms work. No alarms/notification for Calendar alarm

    Hi,
I'm new to this forum, and I'm excited to be part of it.

I'm a long time user of DejaOffice, started off on Palm Desktop a few years back.
I've recently migrated from a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 to a Xiaomi Pocophone.
I've transfered all my stuff to the new Android device, but i'm not able to get alarms/notifications right on Pocophone (no problem at all on the Redmi Note 3).
After a few tweaks, i've managed to get Tasks to trigger alarm/notification on Pocophone, but no for Calendar events/alarms.

Pocophone is upto date, Miui 11, Android 9

Any hints and help much appreciated.

    Thanks

      Hi,
      Thank you for your reply.
Turns out I've probably corrupted my installation image of the app.
After installing DJO from playstore, I've overlapped a backup of CLUSB folder on my new phone.
After a clean re-installation, and all the notifications/permissions re-settings, DJO is now chiming in all alarms.
      Thanks once more

Not sure where to post this but I have an alarm problem too. I have "No Alarm" set on appointments but I still get an alarm I have to dismiss

          Bob,

Just to be sure here, this is a DejaOffice notification and not a Native Android notification correct? If this does have DejaOffice Icon on the Alarm, was this an event that was changed to No Alarm? Or did the event always have "No Alarm"?

I'll have to look the next time to be sure, thought it was a DJO notification but now you mention it I can't be 100% sure
