We can move the DejaOffice Contacts in the Native Account to the "Phone" Account, this should correct the issue, give these steps a shot:

1. Open DejaOffice, tap Settings in DejaOffice and select Sync Settings towards the bottom.
2. Scroll to the bottom of this menu and tap the second to last option "Delete Contacts from Android Contacts app" and in the list select "DejaOffice" followed by Yes\Ok.
3. When it completes, scroll back to the top of this menu and make sure "Sync with Android Contacts App" is checked. Then tap "Contact Account" directly below it and select "Phone".
4. Return to the main menu of DejaOffice and tap "Read Android Data".

This should "Move" all the DejaOffice contacts to the Phone account in the Android Contacts. Whatsapp should have no issue with this type of native account.

Note: If you don't see "Phone" in the Contact Accounts list in DejaOffice, you might need to add one contact to this account directly to the Native Contacts App for our app to see the Account.
