I am using Windows 10 with Outlook 2016 and DejaCloud. Everything was working fine until today. When trying to synchronize from my PC, I am receiving the message:
"Synchronization did not finish". I have tried to reboot to reinstall the program but it doesn't help.
Any ideas please?

I have the same issue. Phone won't sync either. Cloud is down.
Ok. We made a small change in the cloud sync server yesterday. Somehow that affected a few people. I have reverted the change and we are going to investigate.
