When I update an existing contact with an additional phone number, the Contact Name does not display in the phone app. Use DJO Caller I'D is checked in Settings. I have verified that the new phone number is in DJO Contact.

For a DejaOffice contact to display in the phone contacts, the "Native Contact Sync" would need to be enabled. The DJO Caller ID would only show the contact in DejaOffice and give a DejaOffice Caller ID when the called. Are you wanting to use the Android Caller ID or the DejaOffice Caller ID exclusively? DejaOffice caller ID would only work on Incoming calls, not Text Message ID or the Recent Calls list.

I tried 'sync with Android Contacts" and nothing changed. I then tried "reread all native data next sync", after that I reentered the phone numbers and they showed up in the phone app.
