    Rotate Contact Picture?

Hey - I just updated a Contact's pic. It shows AOK in Gallery, etc. but it's rotated 90 CCW in DJO.

Can I re-rotate it in DJO? Or do I need to rotate the original?

BTW - the original was shot "right side up". It's never been rotated in editing software.

This particular instance is the only time I've seen this happen.

    Kim: What's wrong with it?
Dan: It's in several pieces on my floor.

    RJ,

Sometimes the Android will "display" and image auto rotated when you view it. Try editing the Image in Android, Rotating, Save, then readd to DejaOffice. If no change, I will create a support ticket and we can dig a bit deeper.

I was kinda hoping to not have to rotate the "original". I may just let it sit on its side. It's not like the blood's actually gonna rush out of anyone's head!

I’m going to have to take back my bit about “the original has never been rotated”. When I inserted it into an email, the “Alt Text” placeholder appeared on the left hand margin (rather than the bottom), and the dimensions in the “Format Picture” menu showed that it was wider than it was tall. I didn’t take this pic, but I can’t imagine they held their camera sideways when they took it. Oh well, may be “problem solved” from the get go.
