DejaOffice not syncing Outlook Notes

    DejaOffice not syncing Outlook Notes

    I am only able to sync about 5 out of 30 notes from Outlook 2007 to DejaOffice on my Droid. I am using CompanionLink USB Sync Eval version to test before purchasing.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    Welcome to the Forums, Chuck! First, in DejaOffice, you might check to see that you're viewing all categories. From DejaNotes, you'd press your menu button, then "Settings", and verify from the "Category" drop-down that you're viewing all categories. If that doesn't help then you'll want to check your CompanionLink settings. If your Outlook notes are organized into subfolders, you might look at the "Outlook Folders" tab and verify that the "Include SubFolders" option is checked. Also, you might confirm that you are not restricting any categories from syncing to DejaOffice (the "Category Filter" and "Personal Category" tabs). If this doesn't help, you might want to contact CompanionLink tech support for additional assistance.
