Price and monthly fees for dejaoffice?

I am looking for an app to gtd and share tasks and calendars with pc and other cell phone users. I would like to know the price and if there are monthly fees for dejaOffice. I do not seem to find clear info about it.

Thank you for the inquiry. At the moment DejaOffice is a free application that is available in the iTunes Store or the Android Marketplace.
To sync DejaOffice with GTD/Outlook you will need CompanionLink for Outlook as well. CompanionLink for Outlook is $39.95
