How do i get this to sync with IPAD?

Hi, im new of course...
How do i get my IPAD to sync with my outlook calendar, tasks, to do, contacts etc....Do I need companion link?

I sync normally with a USB cable and ITUNES. i cant seem to get this to work however.I also would like to sync via wifi when i am in my home office and able to connect to my wifi connection... any help please?

Dave, you can use CompanionLink Express, which will sync your Outlook contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes, via Wi-Fi. (The iTunes sync won't sync your tasks.) You'll install CompanionLink Express on your PC, and the DejaOffice app on your iPad.
