    Hi Thomas

This has been unchecked since I set the service up some time ago and it is doing this with ordinary tasks as opposed to recurring... it only seems to have started happening with recent updates (not sure if DO or CL though)

iPad 3 and iPhone 4 both on iOs 7.03
DO Version on both devices: 1.5.5
    CompanionLink Professional 5 (build 5072)
    Act! 2012 (version 12.2.76.0)
Local WiFi sync on both devices

      Jamie,

From reading this report I am assuming that when you describe marking a Task Complete that this is occurring in DejaOffice, and not in ACT. Or is this behavior occurring in both places?
If this were me I would follow theses steps:
      1. Verify my ACT! Tasks are in a state that I want them in.
      2. Verify I am using the Latest build of CompanionLink. - http://www.companionlink.com/downloads/updates.html (I can't tell what your current config is unless you keep your Signature updated the way we request)
      3. Open CompanionLink Setup and hold down the "CTRL"+"SHIFT"+"U" keys and enable logging for 5 days.
      4. Click the gear next to ACT!> Go to the Applications Tab and Click Wipe all Tasks on Apple Device before Sync.
      5. Sync your iPad.

I would also highly suggest running through the following link and verifying the ACT! Data has been maintained properly:

        Hi Thomas

I am using CompanionLink Professional 5 (Build 5030) which I believe is the latest.

Have done as you outlined above and have resynched everything on both ipad and iphone and, although I am tentative about using the ios devices to mark as complete I will do so and report back

Am assuming you want the log generated? Where do I send it please?

        Jamie

          Jamie,

I want a log if we have an error to look for. If it is working correctly the log is of little use.
          Also...
I am assuming you are using COmpanionLinK Express. Do you sync with multiple Mobile devices? (Like an Android or iPhone as a second device)
If you are syncing with multiple devices, have you setup a separate sync profile for each mobile device in the Profile manager?
I really need you to fill out the signature as requested for me to provide any real help. Every single variable of someone's configuration can affect the outcome of a Sync.
