Sync takes a while

My sync seems to take quite long.
How long does it usually take?
I have:
3358 Contacts
685 Calendar items
283 Tasks
180 Notes

I also have "Optimized update sync" checked off under options.

WiFi sync performance is subjective to the quality of the WiFi connection.
Can you share an approximate "Sync Time" you are experiencing?
You may wish to update to CompanionLink build #5030. We just pushed it to the website this morning.
It includes a WiFi stability fix. THat may help
