sync from Itouch to time and chaos

I am wanting to sync my computer with my itouch. I am not able to get memos or tasks to transfer between my pc and my itouch. what should I do/try next?


The configuration and vs. of my hardware are-

I am using a PC with widows 7 64 bit
wanting to sync between -
Data base of Time and Chaos 7.0.4.1 ( on PC)
with
Data base DejaOffice
on an -
apple Itouch vs. 4.2.1(8c148)
through
companion link build 4.0 404

I would update to CompanionLink build # 4053 minimum.
You may qualify for a free upgrade to 5.0 depending on the license you originally purchased.
