Calendar events not showing contact info

I use ACT! 2010, Companion Link Pro Version 3 (build 3100), DejaOffice v 1.1 and an iTouch.
My main issue right now is that the events are showing up on the calendar, but only what the event is. The contact with whom the even is associated is not showing up, even in the detail field. I have tried completely removing DejaOffice and reinstalling. I have also tried removing the profile on Companion Link and redoing the whole setup, but still the same issue - no contact in the events. Please advise. Thanks.

Josh, you might check what you have set in the CompanionLink "Calendar Format" tab.

The default is "Description preceded by link name" which was already checked, so I tried "Description followed by link name" and still nothing. No contact info in the Calendar events. What is odd though is that it does show the category of the contact, its just not getting the name.
